1. Music for relaxation:
Sometimes at night when we have problem falling asleep, at that time we listen relaxing music. I've been listening to some sentimental track, old heart touching track, Native American flute music to assist me go to sleep as well as recently during some very busy days to help me not feel so stressed out. When we feel bore, ideal or mood off and in such situation by listening music we can fix our mood. If we're feeling stressful, angry, anxious, or irritable, our heart rates tend to increase. For this listing music slows down our heart bit to a more relaxing pace changing our physiology.
2. Music for innermost Feeling:
Music has a way of stirring our innermost feelings and all of our senses, of tapping into parts of ourselves unlike anything else. Music has such a power that it easily touches our innermost feeling like e.g. when we watch the love story tragedy movie and when emotional scene came, at same time we can listen background music which make us more heart touching and make too emotional. By listening some music, it make us to memorize a certain person, past days, place, and past time which make us to feel good.
3. Music for an energy boost:
Some music provides us energy to do work. When i listen rock, metal, blues, jazz music while working e.g. in kitchen, washing clothes, traveling somewhere etc. it would help keep me energized and cheerful. Some people listen music early in the morning when he/she get up from bed to make himself fresh, energetic and to ready for outdoor.
4. Music for spiritual attunement:
Chanting has existed for centuries. For example, there are wonderful recordings of Gregorian chants, chants from India, chants song by Catholic or Buddhist monks and other religious or secular groups. They tend to be repetitive with the goal of deepening our spiritual lives, whatever they may be, or at the very least, to help bring peaceful feelings into our beings. There is a large variety of music that taps into our souls.
5. Choosing music:
Music has a healing power, what type of music to choose, it depend upon the listener from varieties of music. Each and every people have its on taste. There are also several books, such as Hal Lingerman's, The Healing Energies of Music, which lists music categorically, a tremendously helpful resource.
